Confidential Complaints and Assistance

"PICK is developing a new service to confidentially receive and address complaints from employees about workplace issues, including board misconduct. Pending successful acquisition of government funding, this pro-bono service will:

• Provide a Safe Space for Employees: Allow employees to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

• Investigate Board Misconduct: Address issues such as nepotism, conflicts of interest, or unethical behavior.

• Support Employees and Organizations: Offer guidance and solutions to resolve issues while promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
